Receep.io is a web-based platform that allows users to create, manage, and share digital receipts, invoices, proof of payment documents, and other business documents. The Service includes document creation tools, PDF generation, email and WhatsApp sharing, and recipient confirmation features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the full features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Receep.io offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled at our discretion
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Plan limits (document count, users, features) are described on the pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.

6. Data and Documents

You retain ownership of all documents and data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Receep.io a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not sell your documents or their contents to third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receep.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Receep.io platform, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of Receep.io. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
